Started as Struct Steel in 2019, delivered modular buildings as Supermod, now focused on B2B framing and prefabrication as LGSBuilt.

  2. 2020First production, Courtenay BC
  3. 2021Residential & commercial framing projects; first modular prototype
  4. 2022Supermod modular brand launches
  5. 2023First commercial modular building; named a Top 10 modular company
  6. 2024–25Homes delivered across BC; operations relocate
  7. 2025–26LGSBuilt: B2B steel framing, pallets and blocking
